MCHH-195 Hydraulic Band Saw

This hydraulic band saw consists of an emulsion motor, a gearbox, guide wheels, and a housing with a handle. The body of the MCHH saw is made of 2 mm thick steel sheet with special reinforcements, fully galvanized and painted. The saw can be powered by oil or emulsion at a pressure of up to 30 MPa and a flow rate of 10–12 l/min.

Hydraulic band saws are used for cutting tunnel casings, scraper conveyor chains, rails, pipes, profiles, hoist ropes, hydraulic hoses, and cables. Thanks to specially designed band teeth and high-quality materials, these saws can cut materials such as:

- carbon/alloy steels 14/24 teeth/1’’
- non-ferrous metals 14/ teeth/1’’
- rubber and plastics 14/ teeth/1’’

All external components of the special-version saw are made of non-sparking materials, allowing it to be used, along with its accessories, in methane-filled mine areas and explosion-hazardous environments: refineries, chemical plants, ship holds, etc.

The device complies with the requirements of Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX) and is classified as Ex I M2.
