Herkules Series Torque Multipliers (1)
The Herkules 15+ torque multiplier allows you to achieve a torque of up to 2800 Nm using only hand power. The square drive allows for the use of sockets ranging from S-22 to S-80.
A tool commonly used in underground mining operations.
Applications:
• mining support bolts, conveyor scrapers, valves, slings and guides, rails and trolleys
• loosening heavily corroded bolts and nuts
By utilizing the square drive on the drive side and using a torque wrench (a wrench rated up to 250 Nm is sufficient), torque-controlled tightening (up to 2800 Nm) can be performed.
The device complies with the requirements of Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX) and is classified as Ex I M2.
