RETURN POLICY / CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
Effective as of May 20, 2026
- The mechanizacja.pl online store sells exclusively to businesses (B2B) and does not fulfill orders for consumers as defined in Article 22¹ of the Civil Code
- In accordance with applicable law, in business-to-business (B2B) transactions, there is no right to return goods (cancel the contract) within 14 days without giving a reason.
- Due to the commercial nature of the contracts entered into, sole proprietors are not entitled to cancel the contract without cause within 14 days (the right to return goods) as provided for in the Consumer Rights Act.
- All orders are final. Please consider your purchases carefully and verify the technical specifications of the tools and equipment you are ordering.
- In specific, individually justified cases, mechanizacja.pl may approve a conditional return of goods. However, such a return requires prior contact with Customer Service and written approval. Goods returned based on individual consent must not bear any signs of assembly or use and must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
