- Free shipping on orders over 200 PLN (gross)
- For orders under 200 PLN, shipping costs range from 17.00 PLN (excluding tax) per package up to 30 kg.
The total shipping cost is calculated automatically when you place your order. For heavy or oversized items, the cost will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, and we will contact you by phone or email.
⏰ Delivery times
- Couriers deliver packages on business days, usually between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (depending on location, weather conditions, and the courier company).
- In-person pickup is available in Katowice at 20 Pułaskiego Street, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, or at other times by prior telephone arrangement
📞 Contact the courier
- Couriers often call before delivery, but this is not required.
- If you're picking up your order in person, you'll receive an email notification when it's ready.
⏳ Delays and package pickup
- If there is a delay, please contact the courier company directly and provide the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email.
- Inspect the package in the presence of the courier—if the item is damaged, fill out a damage report and contact our Customer Service Department.
