IW12 140 AX Hydraulic Impact Wrench

The IW 12 140 AX hydraulic impact wrench is designed for tightening and loosening bolts requiring high torque. The use of IW wrenches significantly simplifies and speeds up the repair of heavy machinery, work on railroad tracks, the erection and dismantling of large steel structures, etc.

The use of these wrenches in coal mining has significantly increased efficiency and reduced the time required to loosen and tighten bolts on road support frames.

Hydraulic wrenches provide much greater power per kilogram of weight than any other pneumatic or electric wrenches. The impact mechanism does not transfer loads to the operator. The tightening/loosening time is 8–10 seconds.

The wrenches feature torque adjustment. They can be powered by independent combustion-engine or electric power units, or by the hydraulic systems of machinery.
