MCH-2800 Hydraulic Impact Wrench

MCH series wrenches can be powered by an oil-water emulsion (min. 0.3%) from the hydraulic systems of
mechanized longwall supports, at any point along the longwall and along the supply line,
or by oil from the hydraulic power units of mining machines, such as roadheaders. MCH series wrenches
achieve full torque at a medium pressure ranging from 10 to 30 MPa.

The MCH series wrenches are designed for operation in extremely harsh underground mining conditions. The wrench housing features a rigid, compact
design with a pistol-grip handle. Thanks to its highly effective impact mechanism, this wrench is characterized by high performance.

Applications:

• Tightening and loosening bolts on road support structures;
• Servicing all bolted connections on drives and conveyor routes for longwall and sub-wall conveyors;
• Tightening and loosening chain links;
• Track work in the longwall area;
• Dismantling equipment after coal extraction in the longwall;
• Removal of longwall side galleries;
• Maintenance work in the longwall (e.g., replacement of scraper chains, valves, and conveyor drive components);
• Dismantling of water and backfill pipelines; dismantling of transport conveyors.

NOTE: To achieve optimal performance, the length of the supply hose should be as short as possible.

The device complies with the requirements of Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX) and is classified as Ex I M2.
